How We Focus Our Grantmaking

To invest resources most responsibly, the Grant Committee will consider RFP’s with:

 1)  Completed application and narrative with the name and purpose of program, project or equipment.

2)  A strategic reason how the object of the grant will benefit the hospital and/or the community.

3)  The amount being requested.

4)  Beyond a grant expiration, provide information for the ongoing financial sustainability of the project.

Examples of areas the foundation does not fund include:

·   Political campaigns and legislative lobbying efforts

·   Projects that exclusively serve religious purposes

·   Projects that exclusively serve community organizations

·   Direct support for individuals

For Individuals Seeking Funds

In keeping with our Mission, the Foundation does not provide funding for individuals.
