Since 1983, Passavant Hospital Foundation has helped fund more than $95 million in hospital projects including the recent gift of $65 million towards the construction of the 188,000 square foot South Pavilion on UPMC Passavant's campus in McCandless Township.

In addition, the Foundation pledged $14.6 million to a nearby senior living project, Cumberland Woods, which includes independent living villas, and features Passavant Hospital Foundation Conference Center and 250-seat theatre, Legacy Theatre.
