Meet Our Staff


Anthony R. Savannah

Anthony R. Savannah joined the Foundation staff in 2014 as Director of Community Engagement, with 20 years of development, business and brand marketing, corporate and community fundraising experience. His expertise is developing business support through event fundraisers, putting the customer in front of the donor while charitable funds are being raised. 

Mr. Savannah enjoys building solid relationships through networking and follow-up, wearing the Foundation's mission on his sleeve. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Marketing, from Geneva College where he played football on scholarship and earned pre-season All-American status.

A life-long resident of our area, Mr. Savannah has coached youth football and most recently served as Executive Director of Marketing and Corporate Development for St. Barnabas Health System.

Jennifer Steinsdoerfer

Jennifer Sears

Events Manager
Jennifer Sears joined the Foundation staff in 2014 as Events Manager.  She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Allegheny College and has 10 years of experience in fundraising, special event planning, grant writing, and marketing/communication in the non-profit industry.

Born and raised in the Pittsburgh area, Ms. Sears is passionate about contributing to the community through her fundraising efforts. Working for local charitable organizations has cultivated her passion for writing, networking and event planning.

Beth Meteny

Beth Meteny

Senior Accountant
Beth Meteny is the Senior Accountant for the Foundation. While working in the Finance Office of UPMC Passavant since 2001, she first provided the Foundation with financial analysis assistance for a number of years, becoming a Foundation employee in 2014. She is responsible for all day-to-day financial operations, as well as monthly and annual reporting and analysis.

Ms. Meteny graduated from Penn State University with a BA in education, and received an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh, where she was employed for several years in the Budget Office. She also was previously employed by Deloitte Haskins & Sells in Washington DC, and received her CPA certification in Virginia.

She lives in the North Hills with her husband Dennis and their yellow lab, Kittie.

Alice M. Burke

Alice M. Burke 

Administrative Coordinator
Alice Burke provides support for all of the Foundation's educational activities. She supports the very active Passavant Hospital Auxiliary, handles musician applications for the Legacy of Music series and manages the Foundation's office volunteers.

She is a Carlow University Graduate with a degree in Business Management. She currently lives in Wexford, PA with her husband and daughter. She is active in her congregation and her hobbies include exercise, reading, crafts, travel, and cooking.

Janine Sidoruk

Janine Sidoruk 

Bridge to Hope Program Consultant
Janine Sidoruk joined the Foundation in 2010 and retired in 2015 but remains with us as a consultant for the Bridge to Hope program which provides support to those affected by a loved one's addiction. 

Ms. Sidoruk is a graduate of Kent State University, with a B.A. in Advertising & Public Relations, and has completed graduate work towards an MBA in Marketing with Kennedy-Western University. She is a Board Member in the 12 Oaks of Hampton Condominium Association.
